At the heart of the ring rests a custom resin stone, which can be filled with inclusions such as ashes, fur, or hair, making each piece deeply personal and unique. You may also choose the colour of the stone from our carefully curated palette (see image) to reflect your loved one’s spirit, personality, or your own journey of remembrance.

  • Caring for Your Resin Memorial Ring

    Your Solace ring is a precious piece, designed to hold deep meaning and memories. With a little care, it will remain beautiful for years to come.

    Everyday Wear

    • Gentle Use: Resin is durable but not indestructible. Avoid heavy knocks, scratches, or exposure to sharp surfaces.

    • Keep it Dry: Remove your ring before swimming, bathing, or washing dishes. Extended water exposure can weaken resin and dull the finish.

    • Avoid Chemicals: Perfume, hand sanitiser, cleaning products, and lotions can damage both resin and metal. Apply these products before putting on your ring.

    Cleaning

    • Polish Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to polish your ring and restore its shine.

    • No Harsh Cleaners: Do not use jewellery dips, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive cloths. A gentle wipe is all that’s needed.

    Storage

    • Separate & Safe: Store your ring in its Solace box or a soft pouch when not being worn. Keeping it separate prevents scratches.

    • Cool & Dry: Avoid leaving your ring in direct sunlight or extreme heat (such as in a car or windowsill) to protect the resin’s clarity and colour.

    Long-Term Care

    • Natural Ageing: Over time, resin may gently shift in tone, much like natural gemstones. This is part of its unique character.

    • Professional Refresh: If your ring becomes scratched or cloudy, we can re-polish or restore the resin for you. Please contact us if you would like this service.

    Each Solace ring is handcrafted with care, using your chosen inclusions to create a timeless piece of jewellery. Here’s what to expect:

    • Choose Your Colour

      • Select from the colours shown (image 2 & 3).

      • Sparkle or opal flakes can be added, or you may choose a solid colour.

    • Place Your Order

      • Once your order is received, we will be in touch with shipping details.

    • Receive Your Collection Kit

      • A secure, prepaid package will be sent to you for safe delivery of your inclusions (ashes, fur, or hair).

    • Return Your Inclusions

      • Send your inclusions back using the prepaid packaging provided.

    • Crafting Your Ring

      • Your ring will be carefully handcrafted in our studio.

      • The average turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks from when we receive your inclusions.
